Submission Guidelines

Types of Submissions

Full Papers: 8-12 pages including references. Present original research with complete experimental results and analysis.

Short Papers: 4-6 pages including references. Present work in progress, preliminary results, or position papers.

Extended Abstracts: 2 pages. Suitable for poster presentations showcasing early-stage research or novel ideas.

Paper Format

  • All submissions must be in PDF format
  • Papers must be written in English
  • Use standard conference template (link will be provided)
  • Include title, authors, affiliations, and abstract (200-300 words)
  • Papers must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere
  • References do not count toward page limits

Submission Process

All papers must be submitted electronically through the conference submission system. The submission portal is now OPEN and accepting submissions until November 12, 2025.

Review Process

All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by members of our international program committee. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three experts in the field.

Review Criteria:

  • Originality and novelty of the research
  • Technical quality and soundness
  • Relevance to the conference themes
  • Clarity of presentation
  • Experimental validation and results
  • Potential impact on the field

Publication

All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings. Authors of accepted papers are expected to present their work at the conference (in-person presentation required for at least one author).

Selected high-quality papers may be invited for submission to a special issue in a journal partner (details to be announced).

Acceptance Rate

QMAI'25 maintains an open, inclusive review policy with unlimited acceptance of high-quality contributions. We encourage submissions of diverse work, including cutting-edge research, position papers, and novel applications.

All submissions meeting the submission requirements and passing peer review will be accepted for presentation and publication in the conference proceedings.
