General QuestionsWhat is QMAI'25?QMAI'25 is an international conference focused on the convergence of Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence. It brings together researchers, practitioners, and innovators to share breakthroughs, discuss challenges, and explore future directions in this exciting field. When and where will the conference take place?QMAI'25 will be held on November 20-21, 2025, at the Faculty of Sciences in Oujda, Morocco. Check our Venue & Travel page for detailed venue information and directions. Will the conference be in-person, virtual, or hybrid?QMAI'25 is planned as an in-person conference. We believe face-to-face interactions foster the best networking and collaboration opportunities. At least one author of each accepted paper must present in person. Paper SubmissionWhat are the submission deadlines?Paper submissions are now open with a deadline of November 12, 2025. Author notifications will be sent on November 17, 2025. Please see the Important Dates page for all key dates. What types of papers can I submit?We accept three types of submissions:
Can I submit work that has been published elsewhere?No. All submissions must be original work that has not been previously published or is not currently under review at another venue. However, preprints on arXiv or similar platforms are acceptable. Is there a paper template?Yes, a standard conference paper template will be provided. The link will be available on the Call for Papers page once submissions open. How will papers be reviewed?All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three experts in the field based on originality, technical quality, relevance, clarity, and potential impact. Registration & FeesWhen does registration open?Registration is now open! The conference fee is $20 for all categories (students, academics, professionals). Early bird rate (Save 20%) is available until November 10, 2025. See the Registration page for more details. Do I need to register if my paper is accepted?Yes. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work in person. Papers without a registered presenter will be withdrawn from the program. Are there student discounts?Yes, we will offer reduced registration fees for students. Valid student ID will be required during registration. Travel & AccommodationDo I need a visa to enter Morocco?Visa requirements vary by nationality. Citizens of many countries can enter Morocco visa-free for tourism/conference purposes. Please check with your nearest Moroccan embassy or consulate. We can provide invitation letters for visa applications upon request after registration. Will you provide hotel recommendations?Yes, we will provide a list of recommended hotels near the conference venue with a range of price options. Some hotels may offer special conference rates. How do I get to Oujda?Oujda is served by Oujda Angads Airport (OUD) with direct flights from several European cities and connections via Casablanca. You can also reach Oujda by train from major Moroccan cities. Full travel information is available on our Venue & Travel page. Presentation & PublicationHow long are the presentations?Presentation times will be announced with the final program. Typically, full papers get 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A), and short papers get 15 minutes (12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A). Will proceedings be published?Yes, all accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings. Selected high-quality papers may be invited for submission to a special issue in a partner journal. Can I present remotely?No. QMAI'25 is an in-person conference, and at least one author must present the work physically at the venue. This ensures the best networking and collaboration opportunities.
