Author Registration Requirements

Important for Authors:

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference
  • Author registration must be completed by the camera-ready deadline
  • Papers without a registered author will be withdrawn from the program
  • One registration can cover up to two papers by the same author
  • In-person presentation is mandatory (no virtual presentations)

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations before November 10, 2025: 80% refund
  • Cancellations before November 18, 2025: 50% refund
  • Cancellations after November 18, 2025: No refund
  • All refunds subject to a processing fee of $5

Note: Registration can be transferred to another person before November 15, 2025. Contact us at registration@qmai25.org for transfer procedures.

Group Registration Discounts

Register as a Group and Save! Groups of 5 or more participants from the same institution may be eligible for special group rates. Contact us at registration@qmai25.org for details.

Visa Support

If you need a visa to enter Morocco, we can provide an official invitation letter to support your visa application.

Requirements:

  • You must be registered for the conference
  • Registration fee must be paid in full
  • Allow 5-7 business days for letter processing
